Our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees. We are doing everything we can to ensure that your stay is safe. We have implemented a number of changes according to the latest hygiene and disinfection guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
All handles, switches, handrails, elevator button are disinfected every 2 hours. Only professional products with high antimicrobial activity are used for cleaning. The hotel has antiseptic dispensers. Reminders about personal hygiene and sanitation measures are displayed in public areas as recommended by WHO. During check-in and check-out, social distance is monitored, and we try to minimize the accumulation of people in public areas. All surfaces are disinfected before each visitor.
Rooms will not be re-rented within 24 hours after departure. In preparation for guest’s arrival, after cleaning, the room is sanitized. All bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures and pressed. Room keys must be disinfected before issuing.
Interaction at Breakfast is minimized – the buffet is replaced with a continental Breakfast. Breakfast is served in an open area with natural air circulation and increased social distance.
All employees of the hotel follow preventive measures, wash and disinfect their hands, and sanitize their workplaces. All employees have masks/protective screens, gloves and sanitizers.
As a special measure of the government, the hotel will only accommodate guests who have completed a negative RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result or a POC test for SARS CoV-2 antigen with a negative result no later than 48 hours before the day of arrival; these persons can be accommodated for a maximum of 7 days, to extend their stay they must again meet the above condition or undergo a preventive antigen test to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, which is intended for 5 self-testing or authorized by the Ministry of Health for use by a layperson, with a negative result or they were issued a certificate of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on vaccination against COVID-19.
