New standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees. We are doing everything we can to ensure that your stay is safe. We have implemented a number of changes according to the latest hygiene and disinfection guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

We also follow the latest government measures for accommodation and restaurant services. As these measures may change often, we recommend that before you travel you check the official Czech government site for the latest regulations. 

From 22nd November 2021, we are able to accommodate and serve only the holders of valid vaccination certificates or a declaration of having survived a COVID-19 infection not longer than 180 days prior to your visit are in general accepted now as proof of the absence of infection. Children under 12 years of age are exempted from any tests.

Public Areas

All handles, switches, handrails, elevator button are disinfected every 2 hours. Only professional products with high antimicrobial activity are used for cleaning. The hotel has antiseptic dispensers. Reminders about personal hygiene and sanitation measures are displayed in public areas as recommended by WHO. During check-in and check-out, social distance is monitored, and we try to minimize the accumulation of people in public areas. All surfaces are disinfected before each visitor.

In-Room Safety

Rooms will not be re-rented within 24 hours after departure. In preparation for the guest’s arrival, after cleaning, the room is sanitized. All bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures and pressed. Room keys must be disinfected before issued.

Dining in the Hotel

Breakfast is served in an open area with natural air circulation and recommended social distance.

Employees’ Health

All employees of the hotel follow preventive measures, wash and disinfect their hands, and sanitize their workplaces. All employees have masks/protective screens, gloves and sanitizers.
